He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank "Bud" Horner and Mildred Horner (Skaggs); his wife Brenda Worthey (Marshall); his family, Julie Roberts (Kevin), Brad Horner (Sarah), Brent Horner (Michael) and Amy Tarr (Travis); and his brother Don Horner.
With this, we have established a memorial fund in his memory to provide scholarships and awards at various shows and judging contests.
