Ronald Dean Rude Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronald Dean Rude of Newton, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 10, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleatus Dean and Eithel May Rude (Rogers); and his brothers, Rex and Danny Rude. He is survived by: his children, Tom Rude of Newton, Illinois, Coleen Rude of Louisville, Illinois, Jennifer Biggs of Fairfield, Illinois, Tammie Acheson of Hays, Kansas, Tayna Boeckner of Hays, Kansas and Mindy Rude of Centerline; and his siblings, Carl Rude of Springfield and Lina Griffy of Louisville.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Meyer Funeral Home (307 W Jourdan St, Newton, IL 62448). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
