We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Ronnie Gene Diel of Newton, Illinois, born in Effingham, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Diel and Fern Diel (Koontz). He is survived by : his wife Marla Thompson; his children, Jacob Willis Diel (Keirsten) and Kaitlin Jo Stremme (Josh); his siblings, John Diel (Gina), Paula Diel and Kathy Wellman (Ron); and his grandson Noah Stremme. He is also survived by several nieces and one nephew.

In loving memory of Ron, memorials may be made to the Newton Community High School Ag Construction Class.
