Eastep of Newton, Illinois, born in Greenup, Illinois, who passed away on January 18, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, H. Ernest Denny and Dorothy Belle Denny (Fox); her husband Earl Vernon Eastep; her daughter Patricia Gordon; her granddaughter Amanda Leonard; and her sisters, Hazel Lane and Anne Black.
She is survived by : her children, Teresa Bell of Spiro, Oklahoma, Elda Leonard of Newton, Illinois, Kevin Eastep (Teresa) of Charleston, Illinois and Mary Tarr (Junior) of Olney; and her son-in-law Steve Gordon (Georgia) of Jefferson. She is also survived by 17 Grandchildren, 36 Great Grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
