He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Utley, Jr. and Florence (Richard Britton); his daughter Shasta Utley; his siblings-in-law, Diana Addis and Mark Cummins; and his parents-in-law, Linda Stuckey, Dean Addis and Don Mahaney.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Utley of Newton, Illinois; his children, Stephanie Wagner of Newton, Illinois, Daniel Utley (Mandi) of Newton, Illinois, Eugene Utley (Jenni) of Newton, Illinois and Jonathan Utley (Audrey) of Washington; his siblings, Danny Britton (Ann) of Newton, Rick Britton (Marla) of Newton, Kim Cummins (Steve) of Newton and Shelia Schroedter (Scott) of Newton; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Addis of Newton, Beverly Boldrey of Newton, Sherri Shamhart of Newton and Bradley Addis (Sharon Helregel) of Newton, Illinois.. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Plainfield Community Church. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In loving memory of Steve, memorials may be made to Sarah Bush Lincoln Hospice or Plainfield Community Church.
