She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Sr. (Dawn) and Mark; her grandchildren, Matthew Jr. and Laura; and her siblings, John Radek (Diane), Mary Beth Pregracke (Dennis), James Radek (Jayne) and Celia Engelstein (Larry).
