He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jeff Kroll (Patti) and Colleen Wood (late Christopher); his grandchildren, Christopher Jr. Wood (Nicole) and Sarah Wood; his great grandchild Summer Wood; and his sister Marilyn Pawlowski (late Richard).
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home (7812 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. An entombment was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at the Acacia Park (7800 W Irving Park Rd, Norridge, IL 60706).
