He is survived by : his wife Nancy; his children, Jennifer Munch (Brian) and Bobby Levar (Enza); his grandchildren, Mariana, Keri and Bobby; his siblings, Lynn Ustaski (Mike), Gary, Dona, Alan and Lori; and his sister-in-law Sue Malec (Tom).

In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the American Cancer Society.
