He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his siblings, Christine VanderVelde (Keith), Glenn Kosiba (Christine), Joanne Abatecola (Nick) and Lucy Livingston (Al); his children, Daniel John (Plamena), Caroline Macchitelli (Christopher) and Timothy Kosiba (Cari); and his grandchildren, Annie, Jack, Celine, Ryan and Connor. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
