He was predeceased by: his son Michael Sampson; his father Willard Sampson; and his wife Katharina Sampson. He is survived by: his son Brian Sampson (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Jace and Cade Sampson; his mother La Verne Sampson; and his grandchildren, Doreen Rottman (Tim), Jackie and Julia.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home (7812 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
