Rasmussen; her children, James Rasmussen (Anita) and Mariann Kozinski (late Leonard); her grandchildren, Katelyn Burkhart (Paul), Dana Marie Kozinski, Michael Rasmussen, Mary Claire Rasmussen and Matthew Rasmussen; and her great grandchild Benjamin Leonard Burkhart.
