She was predeceased by: her significant other Theodore Skowron; her parents, Boleslow Turski and Rose Turski; her daughters, Dorothy Krafft and Cynthia Sloane; her sons-in-law, Andy Krafft and Terry Mitchell; her siblings, Stephanie Genevieve Sheridan, Helen Fitzgerald, Eleanor Nimtz, Lottie Mageskey and Theodore Smolen (Jeannette Skowron); and her pet Piper.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Mitchell and Theodore Skowron (Judy); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Sloane, Catherine Rangel, Sam Sloane (Allie), Victoria Rosone (Derek), Savanah Vargas (Marc), Andrew Krafft, Bob Skowron (Emily), Kristin Gemkow (Mike) and Allison Scales (Jim); and her brother-in-law Ed Skowron. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and neighbors.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Ryan-Parke Funeral Home (120 S NW Hwy, Park Ridge, IL 60068). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Paul of the Cross Catholic Church (320 S Washington Ave, Park Ridge, IL 60068). An entombment was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Saint Adalbert Catholic Cemetery (6800 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
