She was predeceased by: her parents, Fryderyk Lazarz and Maria Lazarz; and her spouse Jan Surowiec. She is survived by: her child Dominika; her son-in-law Sebastian Wal; her grandchildren, Filip and Zuzia; and her siblings, Lucyna Krawczyk and Miroslaw Lazarz.
