He was predeceased by: his parents, Zofia and Jan; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his siblings, Krzysztof (Grazyna) and Renata (Mark); and his siblings' children, Agnieszka Gadowski (Adrian), Justine Kaminski (Greg), Jakub Guziak, Julia Czerwik and Jessica Guziak.
