Though Joseph may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joseph touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Wanda Wojnicki; his children, Richard Wojnicki (Karen), Stanley Wojnicki and Barbara Parsin (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Kristin (Jonah), Matthew, Amanda, Brandon and Anna; and his siblings, John Wojnicki (Lottie) and Christine Szponar (Marion). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home (7812 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714). A prayer was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at 8301 N Harlem Ave, Niles, IL 60714.
