Judy Ann Lyczak Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy Ann Lyczak (Niles, Illinois), who passed away on October 15, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her siblings, Cathy DiVincenzo (Ken) and Kim McNamee (late Mike); her siblings' children, April Pernat (Jason), Amy McNamee, Megan McNamee, Molly McNamee, Scott DiVincenzo, Nick DiVincenzo and Jenny DiVincenzo; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob, Jaxson and Mia.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home (7812 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714). A prayer will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. John Brebeuf Church (8307 N Harlem Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
