She was predeceased by: her parents, Jan Luczyk and Stanislawa Luczyk; and her husband Jerzy. She is survived by: her children, Andrzej (Irina) and Mariusz (Agnieszka); her grandchildren, Adrian, Magdalena Lis (Damien), Angelica Wojcik and Olivia Wojcik; her great grandchild Kailo Lis; her brother Jozef Luczyk (late Anna); her niece Eva Shimota; and her nephew Robert Luczyk. She is also survived by her family and friends.
