She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Staehle and Helen Staehle; her husband James F. Kozak; and her sister Betty Lou (Smith). She is survived by: her children, Gary (Kim), Craig, Todd and Linda Sarlo (Ronald); her grandchildren, Cody (Jennifer), Kyle, Kurt, Jennifer and Jessica; her great grandchild Quinn; and her sister Dolores (Dom). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
