Carter (Niles, Illinois), born in Hawkins, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 5, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sokolowski and Mary Sokolowski; her husband Robert Carter; and her siblings, Walter, Peter, Eddy, Tony, Harry, Ann Kopera, Sophie Barryhill, Josephine Lazar, Jenny Gryga, Mary Kuznar, Elaine Halverson and Hellen McHugh.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Carter (Cheri) of Spring Grove, IL..
