She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert Kozanecki; her children, Gary Kozanecki, Alice Kozanecki-Chiero (Greg) and Nancy Kozanecki (Leo Walker); her grandchildren, Brandyn and Cheyanne Chiero; and her sister Margaret Lipinski.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home (7812 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Brebeuf Church (8307 N Harlem Ave, Niles, IL 60714). A burial was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at the Maryhill Cemetery (8600 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
