She was predeceased by: her husband Louis; and her siblings, Edward Hale (Helen), Helen Markey (Jim), Ted Halicke (Audrey), Walter Halicke (Ione), Frank Halicke (Elsie) and Dolores (Harry Kuhlen).
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Eggert (Jeffrey), Karen Krantz (Ken), Robert (Donna), David (Carole) and Beth-Anne Giazzon (Guido); her grandchildren, Jason (Therese), Eric, Brian (Raquel), Nadine (Ryan), Jenna, Thomas, Matteo, Piero, Olivia, Lillian, Camie and Kevin; her great grandchildren, Lauren, Thomas, Nathan, Brooke and Brynn; and her sister Patricia Cox (late William).
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Madeleine's name to Rainbow Hospice would be appreciated.
