He was predeceased by: his daughter Yolanda; and his siblings, Celinda, Leónidas, Cirilo and Alfonso Pozo.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Pozo; his brother Benigno; and his children, Maria Isabel, Mario (Rebecca), Manuel (Monica), Patricio (Lorena) and German (Cristina). He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren; and his three great grandchildren.
