Poulheria leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Poulheria’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Poulheria will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Tom; her children, Catherine, Konstantinos, Amalia Conway (Dennis) and Christina Hansen (Brian); and her grandchildren, Michael, Rena, Ethan (Conway), Thomas, Andrew, Samuel and Noah (Hansen).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Holy Taxiarhai & St Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church (7373 N Caldwell Ave, Niles, IL 60714). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
