He is survived by: his wife Janet Pultorak (Sakai); his brother Sid Pultorak (Pam); his nieces and nephews, Matt Pultorak, Scott Pultorak, Sue Stonequist (Mike) and Cyndi Ozimek (Matt); and his extended family, Sharon Kilkenny (late Harry Sakai) and Kathleen Kilkenny. He is also survived by cousins, friends, and neighbors.
