He was predeceased by: his parents, Mathew Pultorak and Helen Pultorak; his brother Mick Pultorak; and his siblings-in-law, Harry Sakai and Peggy Waters (Mike).
He is survived by: his wife Janet Pultorak (Sakai); his brother Sid Pultorak (Pam); his sibling's children, Matt Pultorak, Scott Pultorak, Sue Stonequist (Mike) and Cyndi Ozimek (Matt); and his extended family, Sharon Kilkenny (late Harry Sakai) and Kathleen Kilkenny. He is also survived by cousins, friends, and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Colonial-Wojciechowski Funeral Home of Niles (8025 W Golf Rd, Niles, IL 60714). A prayer will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 10:15 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Stephen Catholic Church (1280 Prospect Ave, Des Plaines, IL 60018). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Adalbert Catholic Cemetery (6800 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
