It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara Alschuler of Niles, Illinois, who passed away on May 22, 2025, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sara Alschuler to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jack; and her sisters, Dina, Pauline and Hilda. She is survived by: her children, Karen Salinger (late Richard) and Edward Alschuler (Joan "Muffin"); her grandsons, Ronald Salinger (Heather), Eric Salinger and Kevin Alschuler (Heather); her great grandchildren, Nick, Justin Salinger, Morgan, Lauren and Addie Alschuler; and her nephew Tom Halper (Marilyn).
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (9900 Gross Point Rd, Skokie, IL 60076).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
