With sadness, we share the passing of Richard Dale Miller of Nilwood, Illinois. Richard, born on March 20, 1949, passed away on October 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Miller and Theresa Mills Miller; his former wife Sharon Miller; his son Edward Miller; and his sisters, Mary Jo, Sue, Nancy, Joyce and Tina.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Miller of Nilwood, IL; his children, Darrin Miller (Lisa) of Girard, Marinda Lewis of Nilwood, IL, Destiny Weller (Jerod) of Carlinville, IL and Ashley Gunn of Nilwood, IL; and his stepdaughters, Laura Collins (Jason) of Eureka, IL and Jessica Wise of Carlinville, IL. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Nilwood Baptist Church (38 Judd St, Nilwood, IL 62672).
