She is survived by: her mother Donna Mayfield Hagen of Noble; her brother Derek Hagen (Melissa) of Clay City; her nephew Adam Hagen (Brittany) of Olney; and her grandmother Elisabetha Mayfield. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
