He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Provine; his son Michael Clark (Jessica); his grandchildren, Trevor Clark, Morgan Clark, Meadow Scott (Miller), Gage Scott (Miller) and Savannah Scott; his sister Rita McCormack (Todd); his nibling Jesse Weiss (Judy Anderson); his brother-in-law Tim Provine; and his pet Onyx. He is also survived by his family, neighbors, and friends.
