She was predeceased by: her mother Janice Steber; her sister Tammy Ochs; and her grandparents, Jim and Mary Steber. She is survived by: her husband Christopher Black of Noble; her daughters, Brooke Bower of Olney and Brittany Rose (Matthew) of Olney; her grandchildren, Connor and Aiden Rose; her siblings, Brian Ochs (Carrie), Tracy Wheat (Marlon), Brenda Hemrich (Tony), Kevin Ochs (Becky), Ann Dowty (Mike), Mike and Kathy Black; her siblings-in-law, Tyler Black (Tiffany) and Justine Black; and her pet Teddy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Connor and Aiden's Trust Fund.
