He is survived by: his sons, Chad Barthelemy (Shelly) of Noble and Shanon Barthelemy (Jennifer) of Newton, IL; his grandchildren, Mercedes Harmon, Brandon Barthelemy, Macy Barthelemy, Holden Barthelemy, Hudson Barthelemy and Bennett Barthelemy; his great grandchild Payton Richards; his brothers, Roy Barthelemy (Tonya) and Virgil Barthelemy; and his pet Gus. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins, friends.
