He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Pavolko and Marie Pavolko (Lemay); his wife Evelyn Pavolko; his brothers, Thomas "Tommy" Pavolko, Ralph Pavolko, Larry Pavolka and Dennis Pavolko; his stepdaughter Doris Shaw; and his daughter-in-law Toni Leigh.

He is survived by: his children, Jaime Shivers, LeeAnn Pavolko, Dale Pavolko, Tim Pavolko (Lisa) and Nellena Pier; his stepsons, Rodger Leigh, Darrel Leigh (Carol) and Ralph Leigh; his grandchildren, Skyler Pavolko, Zyler Pavolko, Trevor Harrison, Jason Shivers, Jenny Shivers, Michael Shivers, James Brown, Jared Brown, Blight Pavolko, Charlie Pier and Chase Pier; and his stepgrandsons, Greg Leigh, Bill Leigh and Mark Leigh. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for services.
