She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Sr. Kosko and Elizabeth Kosko (Sipick); her husband James Jachino; her children, Patricia Ann Jachino and Michael Jachino (Bono); and her siblings, Mike Kosko Jr., John Kosko, Ann Franke and Elizabeth Bertolani.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Battles (Roger), Gregory Jachino (Terri), James Jachino (Phyllis), Richard Jachino, Patrick Jachino (Alysia Reynolds) and Tina Huber (Vernon); and her grandchildren, Jeff Battles, Holly Huchel, Zach Jachino, Lukas Jachino, Connor Jachino, Kelsey Jachino, Kyle Jachino, Jill Polovich, Hannah Jachino, Michael Huber, Amanda Huber, Justin Huber, Jared Jachino and Andrea Schaefer. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Louis Catholic School.
