He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sr. Scobell and Elaine Scobell (Schmit); and his siblings, Cynthia Hawn and Donald Frank. He is survived by: his girlfriend Carol Madge of Nokomis; his daughter Sheri Scobell of Taylorville; his grandchildren, Destiny Presnell of Nokomis and Anthony Presnell of Nokomis; and his sisters, Ruth Ann Scobell of Witt and Jane Page of Hillsboro. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
