He is survived by: his wife Janis Lorraine Heck (France); his stepdaughters, Jaclyn Lorraine Frailey (Aaron) and Natalie Lyn Whitted; his grandchildren, Lauren Lorraine, Morgan Dalene Frailey, Celia Lane and Coy Andrew Whitted; his sisters, Joyce Smith (Ken) and Marsha Ulrich; and his nieces and nephews, Karrie Erdman (Scott), Alaine Rossi (Vinnie), Chad VanEtten (Jen) and Erik VanEtten (Ashley).
