He was predeceased by: his parents, Otho Dean Woods and Dorothy Herberger Woods; and his brothers, Eugene, Vernon and Dean Woods.
He is survived by: his sons, Rocky Woods of Normal, IL and Todd Woods of Marion, IA; his grandchildren, Nicholas Woods (Elisabeth), Angela Lamb (Benjamin), Joshua Woods, Peyton Woods and Aaronson Woods; his great grandchildren, Genevieve Lamb and Hazel Woods; and his sister Eileen Perry of Columbia, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
