Though Kimberly may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Lowe and Clarice Black Lowe; and her husband Tony Abbott. She is survived by: her daughters, Jenna Abbott and Katelyn Abbott; and her pet Neopolitan.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the One Twenty Six (126 E Beaufort St, Normal, IL 61761).
Among her many professional accomplishments, she received special recognition for her contributions to a government-initiated project developed in response to the events of September 11, 2001.
