She is survived by: her children, Deb Weir (Todd) and Doug Hazelman; and her grandchildren, Shelby Hospelhorn, Ryan Hospelhorn and Kyleigh Weir. She is also survived by Her extended family includes several nieces and nephews as well as great-nieces and great-nephews.

Memorials can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Alzheimer's Association.
