He was predeceased by: his grandmother Dollie Stephens. He is survived by: his parents, Judy Woodward of Lebanon, IL and Bob Stephens (Myra) of Gibson City; his grandfather Art Stephens of Normal; his sisters, Kristin Guerrero (Gaston) of Normal and Jenn Wright (Marcus) of Gibson City; his siblings' children, Cora, Kasen, Jaxon, Kodee, Rylee and Kendyl; his aunt Phyl; his uncle Greg Reichert; and his cousins, Nikki Reichert (Justin Flesner), Sandy Schmocker (Ryan) and Quinn.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Eastview Christian Church (1500 Airport Rd, Normal, IL 61761). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be made to Eastview Christian Church.
