He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank O. Weber and Bertha E. Oster Weber; and his brother Ronald Weber. He is survived by: his wife Carol DeAnn Nelson; his daughters, Stacy Spurgin (Matt) and Stephanie Reinhardt (Rod); his grandchildren, Tyler, Emma, Kelsey and Kristin; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Weber, Joseph Nelson and Michael Nelson (Michele). He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
