Sharon Kraft Obituary

We announce the death of Sharon Kraft of Normal, Illinois, who passed away on October 4, 2026, at the age of 89. Sharon will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Gleason and Evelyn Gleason (Hess); her husband Michael L. Kraft; her sister Barbara Gleason; and her sons, Michael and James Kraft.

She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Morrow (Bill) of St. Louis, MO, Mary Lindstrom (John) of Normal and Sharry Ocheltree (Tom) of Bloomington; her grandchildren, Ryan, Jessica Bean (Andrew), Sean, Jack, Lauren, Natalie and Mikey; and her siblings, Patricia Blair of Indianapolis, IN, Jim Gleason (Sue) of Battle Creek, MI and Catherine McDonald (Brian) of Bloomington. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church of Merna, Bloomington.
