With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Shirley Mueser of Normal, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Shirley left this world on May 28, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Richard and Ferne Shirley Jones; and her brothers, Larry, Terry and James Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Mueser; her sons, Kevin Mueser (Judy) of Normal, IL, Tim Mueser of Toledo, OH and Dan Mueser of Roanoke; her siblings, Lori Jones (Brad) of Metamora, Janice Alig of Metamora and John Jones (Gina) of Metamora; and her grandchildren, Nathan, Jordan, Andrew, Nicholas, Nicole and Alex Mueser.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church - Roanoke (508 W Randolph St, Roanoke, IL 61561). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Roanoke-Benson Hope Center.
