He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Jay and Margaret Mary Siebert; and his sister-in-law Linda. He is survived by: his children, Jason Siebert of Seattle and Jennifer Siebert of Denver; and his siblings, John Siebert (Judy) of Bloomington and Jayne Taylor (Stan) of New Smyrna Beach.
