She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Deane H. Riley and Alfa Mae Bond Riley; her husband Fred Alan Tanner; her brother Rodney Riley; her daughters, Rebecca Thacker (Travis) of Bloomington and Cynthia Shaffer (Nicholas) of Normal; her grandchildren, Addison, Carter Thacker, Noah and Ruth Shaffer; and her siblings, Gary Riley of Bloomington and Pamela Garber (Jan) of Florida. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Church, 1311 West Hovey Avenue, Normal, IL.
