He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Clark and Annie Clark; and his sister Bev Burnett. He is survived by: his wife Jan Clark; his children, Christine Komnick (Kraig) and Walt Jr. Clark (Elizabeth); his stepson Nathan McConnaughay (Jessica); his grandchildren, Nate, Macy Rae, Elias, Samuel, Laura, Lily and Paige; and his brothers, Loren and Roger Clark.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial (1104 N Main St, Bloomington, IL 61701). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Home Sweet Home Ministries in Walter's memory.
