Lewis; his children, Kyle Lewis (Samantha Turley) and Hannah Kessinger (Kyle); his grandchildren, Weston Kessinger, Lucy and Shawn Turley; and his brother Timothy Lewis (Keri). He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
