She was predeceased by: her husband Richard P. Schmidt; her son Michael R. Schmidt; and her brother Dr. Bernard Pollara (Jeanette). She is survived by: her children, Karen Jarnigo, Sandra Casey (Terry) and Peter Schmidt (Kandise); her grandchildren, Megan, Abbey, Jake Casey, Aidan and Austin Schmidt; and her nieces and nephews, Dominique, Lia, Gina, Julia and Joseph.
