In loving memory of Annette Gonsalves (Norridge, Illinois), who departed this world on September 26, 2025 at the age of 87. Annette leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Gonsalves of Chicago, Illinois.; and her parents, Julie Fernandes and Gabriel Fernandes. She is survived by: her children, Stan (Shona Vas), Sam, Jackie and Savio (Carolyn); her grandchildren, John, Isabella, Anthony, Emily, Nihal and Riya; and her sisters, Maggie Baptista of Perth, Joyce Miranda of Dar, Joanita Birkmeyer (Robert), Jane Collins (James) and Leslie Gonsalves (Maureen).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cumberland Chapels (8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60706). Viewing will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. William Church (2600 N Sayre Ave, Chicago, IL 60707). A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Maryhill Cemetery (8600 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60706).
