He was predeceased by: his wife Ellen S.; his mother Mary (late Jim); and his brother James Conniff (late Gail). He is survived by: his children, Kathleen M. Diaz (Dennis) and Anthony J. Conniff (Kelsey); his grandchildren, Lincoln, Emelia Diaz, Owen and Claire Conniff; and his sister Kathleen Callan (John).
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cumberland Chapels (8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60706). Viewing will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 9:45 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Wisdom Church (920 Granville Ave, Park Ridge, IL 60068). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
