In loving memory of Ellen Romano (Norridge, Illinois), who departed this world on July 28, 2025 at the age of 80. Ellen leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Faith, Marlene (late Frank) and Wayne (late Sharon). She is survived by: her husband Fred Romano; her children, John Romano (Cindy), Joseph Romano (Jamie) and Kathy Custino; her grandchildren, Michael (Emily), Ann (Daniel), Lisette (Ryan), Justin, Sara and Angelo; her great grandchildren, Mya, Nic, Elliot and Mariella; and her siblings, Melvin (late Lynn), Harold (Laura) and Irene (Frank).

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cumberland Chapels (8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60706). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.

Donations may be made in Ellen's memory to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society https://www.lls.org.
