He is survived by: his children, Theresa Biernat (Martin), John Zubik (Sandy) and Thomas Zubik (Michelle); his grandchildren, Stephanie Bazile (Tony), Daniel Biernat (Kristen Riordan), Matthew Zubik, Joshua Zubik (Maggie), Michael Zubik (Jenny Begich), Rachel Trojanowski (Chris), Ethan and Aaron Zubik; and his great grandchildren, Anthony and Sophia Bazile.
